Tonight was pizza night, and it was a lot of fun! The wood fired brick oven makes it that much better.
Here’s the list of pizzas I made:
1- Crispy chicken skin, red onion, mozzarella
2- Roasted fennel, fresh sage, fresh mozzarella
3- Chorizo, dandelion greens, goat cheese, olive oil
4- Pepperoni, NM green chile, mozzarella
